Shipping

The orders are despatched within 3 business days, and delivered in 3 to 10 business days. We ship through reliable leading courier/logistic/parcel services only, and the consignment can be tracked online wherever such facility is provided by the shipping company.

International orders

Pricing terms for delivery outside India

Pricing terms for International orders is DAP (Delivery at your place and import custom duty paid by importer/customer) and freight charges will be quoted while placing order over phone. Extended service area charges of the courier company and any import duty charged by Customs of the destination country should be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

FedEx : Currently covers delivery area of more than 220 countries.
DHL : Currently covers delivery area of more than 180 countries.

Time to Ship

The International orders are shipped within 4 working days.* However back orders and customized orders will be shipped on or before the time agreed by us. International order are delivered within 7 to 20 business days.

Damage

  • If you receive the package in tampered condition and accepted delivery, you are not eligible for refund.
  • If you want to claim damage of product clear and detailed unboxing video required.
  • If you want to claim wrong item and incorrect quantity unboxing video required.


Return and Refund Policy

Return

  • Our return policy is customer friendly. Customer can raise the return request with valid reason through Email with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • After getting our approval, Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned in the confirmation email.
  • Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Should be shipped within 2 business days. Return fright should be paid by the customer(Freight type : Paid) and delivery type should be door delivery. Immediately email us the tracking details.
  • Product should reach us with in 10 days from the shipping date.
  • On receipt of the product our quality control team will be inspect and approve. Once approved finance team will start the process, your amount will be transferred via original way of payment with in 25 business days.
  • Refunds are processed on 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month. Once refund is completed from our end – you will receive an email notification regarding the same. Please note that refund cannot be paid by cash


Please note that return policy is NOT applicable for refund on below conditions

  • – If your order is telephonic order
  • – If your order is customized order
  • – If your order is for multiple peaces
  • – If your order is International Order
  • – If your order is backorder/pre order
  • – If you selected the wrong size
  • – Due to delay in delivery by the courier
  • – Product that has been washed
  • – Product not in its original condition
  • – Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • – Product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • – If returned product lost/missed during transit. (In no way we are responsible for transit loss during return shipment)


Refund

a) If we are unable to ship any items in your order due to unforeseen circumstances, be assured that you will not be charged for items that are not dispatched. You will be refunded via original way of payment within 7 business days.
b) If customer paid twice for single order (Same order ID) then the refund should be for one transaction via original way of payment within 7 business days.
c) If amount received without order details, Our customer care will contact you through telephone or email you and ask to send us product details of your order. If we didn’t receive reply from the customer with in 2 days, we will start the refund process and your amount will be refunded via original way of payment after deducting bank charges and payment gateway charges with in 7 business days.
d) If the customer used credit card for online purchase, amount will refunded after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges and our service charges.
e) If the customer got approval for return and returned the product with original condition, amount will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges, packing charges, shipping charges and our service charges.

Replacement of product

We don’t offer or accept any replacement of products.
